This atypically urgent take on shoegazey post-rock works best when the Brooklyn trio augments its all-instrumental baseline with vocals. Spin the propulsive “Bad Blood,” sung by bassist Sonya Balchandani, or the anthemic title track, sung by guitarist Danny Barria, for an idea of what the band can accomplish when it sets its pipes to it.
