Before you would-be concert promoters get too excited about reviving the one-time all-ages hot spot, owner and former operator Eli Mizrachi warns that the shuttered building is in pretty bad shape, and we’re not just talking about graffiti along the exterior. “The homeless broke in and stole all the wiring, so there’s no power, and they also stole all the plumbing, so it’s in pretty bad shape,” he says. “If somebody wants to come in and put some money into it, they can have at it. But I honestly don’t see anyone doing it.”
