About the drink: This drink was a development of pairing dark rum and bourbon. A guest of the Laundry Room remarked on their liking of coffee, dry clove, chocolate, and basil. Notes of dark cocoa and deep espresso play up to clove, and is completed with a dry shiso finish.
About the creator: Anthony Partridge has been with CBM since early 2014 and for over six of those years within the Laundry Room speakeasy as bar manager/mixologist. Prior to his role at the Laundry Room, Anthony has slung drinks, tweaked cocktails and managed in a variety of locations – the majority of which on the Las Vegas Strip. From a wine bar, to nightclub, to a 5-star cocktail bar and more, Anthony has run the road of most styles of venues over the last 22 years.
