FROM THE BARTENDER, Sean Craig Stuart

Sean Craig Stuart

Sean Craig Stuart started his own tradition of having pumpkin pancakes, hash browns and cranberry sauce for breakfast on Thanksgiving Day, while watching the Macy's Parade. He would always make his cranberry sauce from scratch, using fresh cranberries, cinnamon, allspice and orange juice as a substitute for sugar. This was his inspiration for this cocktail, The Sauce. While he is not a fan of overly sweet anything, especially drinks, he is a huge bourbon fan – making this the perfect pairing. It is full of fall and winter spices, the warmth of Old Forester, and the nostalgia of his holiday time breakfast.

If you can’t make it to Costera, visit any of the below retailers to pick up a bottle of Old Forester to try out the recipe at home!
