Your afternoon begins with a handcrafted welcome cocktail featuring a premium Italian amaro, followed by a special presentation from a guest ambassador representing one of Italy's premier amaro producers. Discover the history, craftsmanship, and culture behind Italy's iconic spirit before creating your own signature blend.
Sample a curated selection of botanical infusions, including herbs, roots, spices, citrus, and florals, and learn how each ingredient shapes the flavor, aroma, and balance of an exceptional amaro. Guided by Amari's expert team, you'll develop your own custom recipe, then bottle, label, and take home a 350ml bottle of your handcrafted creation.
