All The Taco Talk

Leslie, Genevie and Brock discuss the best tacos in Vegas and chat with Masazul creator Mariana Alvarado.

On the March episode of Las Vegas Weekly’s Second Helping food podcast, we’re sticking to the one dish that we can all agree on: tacos are the best. It doesn’t matter if it’s a late-night bite at Roberto’s or Tacos El Gordo, or super-specific shops like Bomb Tacos or Taco y Taco. Give us something savory wrapped in a griddled tortilla and we’re here for it. We’re also exploring the birria phenomenon, craving fish tacos and considering vegan and vegetarian options, and we’re chatting with Masazul founder Mariana Alvarado to find out why the tortilla is the most important part of a great taco and how her Taco Tuesday pop-up is taking over Downtown Las Vegas. And as always, we can’t wait to share the best things we ate last month.

You can also find Second Helping on YouTube and Apple Podcasts.

Second Helping is produced by Genevie Durano, Brock Radke and Leslie Ventura for Las Vegas Weekly magazine.
