Proper Eats Food Hall has opened at Aria and is serving up its curated collection of global eats daily from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. Easy Donuts, Egghead and Wexler’s Deli are operating daily from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. Laughing Buddha, Lola’s Burgers, Pizzaoki, Seoul Bird, Shalom Y’all, Temaki and Proper Bar are operating daily from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. More info is available at propereatslasvegas.com.

The second location of Fullerton, California, favorite Mr. BBQ has opened at 4240 Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown. Open daily from 11 a.m. until 1 a.m. with space to seat 200, Mr. BBQ offers premium all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue, including only USDA-graded beef. For more information, visit mrbbqlasvegas.com.

The second location of popular local izakaya Ichiza, Ichiza Hanare, has opened at 5300 Spring Mountain Road #101. Expanding on the original concept of the first Chinatown location, which has been operating for more than 20 years, Ichiza Hanare serves a vast variety of Japanese dishes and drinks with a new style of all private dining rooms. It’s open Thursday through Tuesday from 5 p.m. until 2 a.m., and more info can be found at ichizalv.com.

The new Spiedini Fiamma Italian Bistro at JW Marriott will host a four-course wine dinner on January 25 at 5 p.m. for $110 per person. Among the dishes served will be Sicilian-style orange and fennel salad, shrimp and crab risotto and braised beef short rib with goat cheese polenta. For reservations, call 702-507-5900.

The 24th annual Lutefisk Dinner hosted by the Vegas Viking Lodge of the Sons of Norway is set for January 28 at 2 and 5 p.m. at the Boulder city Elks Lodge, and tickets ($25 for adults, $10 for children 12 and younger) must be purchased by January 20. No tickets will be sold at the door. On the menu: lutefisk with melted butter or white sauce, roasted pork, boiled potatoes, green beans, lefse and Norwegian cookies. CraftHaus Brewery has released HopSwell, its own sparkling, hop-infused water, just in time for Dry January. The beverage, which uses using El Dorado hops for pineapple and tropical fruit notes, has zero alcohol and zero calories and will be available all year. It has no sugar and no added gluten, and it’s vegan friendly. HopSwell is available in 16-ounce four-packs for under $10 at both CraftHaus taprooms, in Henderson and Downtown Las Vegas.
