Estiatorio Milos is still serving one of the greatest lunch deals on the Strip.

One of the unique restaurants that played a crucial role in the establishment of the Cosmopolitan’s celebrated culinary identity is moving north on the Las Vegas Strip to the Venetian next year.

Estiatorio Milos, the acclaimed Mediterranean seafood restaurant from chef Costas Spiliadis, will bring the flavors of Greece to the Venetian’s restaurant row in 2021. Venetian officials would not confirm reports that it will take the place of the former AquaKnox space.

“Estiatorio Milos is known throughout the world to serve guests the freshest seafood straight from the Mediterranean. Our guests will love this stunning addition to our already diverse culinary line-up,” said George Markantonis, president and chief operating officer at the Venetian.

The new restaurant will be designed by Alain Carle Architecte and will be open for lunch and dinner.

“I’m delighted to bring Milos to a beautiful home in Las Vegas and be a part of the Venetian,” said Spiliadis. “We share a common philosophy centered on quality and hospitality, and I look forward to a great long partnership.”

Long a favorite of locals and Vegas visitors alike, Milos opened when the Cosmopolitan made its debut in December 2010 and remains renowned for its fresh seafood, simple preparations, wildly popular lunch special and glass-enclosed terrace dining room. The restaurant is open for lunch Thursday through Sunday from noon until 3 p.m. and dinner Thursday and Sunday from 5:30 until 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 5:30 until 10:30 p.m. Neither Milos nor the Cosmopolitan has announced a closing date.
