Together in Transition is a transgender community and resource event hosted by The LGBTQ Center and The Gender Confirmation Center of San Francisco. It brings local organizations, providers, and neighbors into one welcoming space for trans and gender diverse people, families, and allies. Expect a curated resource fair, food and beverage, and a candid panel with GCC’s nationally recognized surgeon and endocrinologist specializing in gender affirming care alongside leaders from The Center, followed by audience Q&A. Find clear information about care and access, meet the people behind the resources, and build real connections. Presented during Vegas Pride on National Coming Out Day as GCC marks 20 years of service.
