Buddha’s popular teaching on the Four Noble Truths offers a clear and simple solution, guiding us to an oasis of peace within our hearts.

In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Rinzin will share Buddha’s wisdom on understanding anger, which gives us the chance to control and prevent it - leading us to real happiness.
