Trendy though they may be, fresh-pressed vegetable and fruit juices are a delicious and convenient way to boost your vitamin intake. But why go all the way healthy when you can slip a couple shots of Hendrick’s into your cucumber-grapefruit juice?

You can get naughty or stay nice at Squeeze, the tiny, colorful new juice and cocktail bar at the Linq near Las Vegas Boulevard. Everything from margaritas to mimosas gets the fresh treatment, infusing intense flavors into your chosen instrument of imbibery. Perhaps the best example of how Squeeze gets down is the Bloody Mary, a smooth blast of garden goodness splashed with Tito’s Handmade Vodka. There’s a virgin version available—with extra kick from jalapeño and Cholula hot sauce—but again, why be good when you can feel better about being bad?

Fresh Squeezed Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

1 flat Campari tomatoes

¼ red bell pepper

2 stalks celery (one for garnish)

1 oz. red onion

1 oz. watercress

2 tsp. Bourbon Barrel Worcestershire

1 tsp. Tabasco

1½ oz. Tito’s Handmade Vodka

black pepper and sea salt

Method: Wash, dry and prep all vegetables (cut into smaller pieces). Put each into a centrifugal juicer. Mix juice with vodka, season with salt and pepper and roll in a tin with ice. Garnish with celery stalk and serve chilled.
