Ada's Wine Dinner with Winemaker, Bob Cabral
Join Ada's for a very special evening as we host legendary Russian River Valley winemaker Bob Cabral for the first wine dinner in Ada’s new home. Bob has spent decades shaping some of California’s most beloved Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, known for wines that capture both the soul of the vineyard and the elegance of restraint.
His current project, Cuvée by Bob Cabral, reflects a deeply personal approach to winemaking — small lots, expressive sites, and wines crafted with patience and heart.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy five thoughtfully paired courses alongside Cabral’s wines while hearing the stories behind the vineyards, vintages, and philosophy that guide his work. This intimate dinner is limited to just 40 guests, creating a relaxed, conversational evening with one of California’s most respected voices in wine.
