Wolfgang Puck will extend his Las Vegas restaurant group off the Strip this fall with Wolfgang Puck’s Bar & Grill at Downtown Summerlin. The new restaurant at the new shopping and entertainment complex adjacent to the Red Rock Resort will serve lunch and dinner, featuring Puck’s signature salads, sandwiches, seafood, pasta and pizzas.
