Pine Dining is a Summer Chef Cookout Series taking place over eight weekends at the site of the historic Mt. Charleston Lodge. Acclaimed Las Vegas chefs are invited to curate “cookout” weekends for the ultimate mountain dining experience with all proceeds going to the nonprofit of their choice. Events in Las Vegas get canceled every now and then. It doesn’t hurt checking with the venue to confirm the listing. Since living in Las Vegas, Chef Justin has kept himself busy and well-rounded in the industry. After working at Comme Ca in both the Cosmopolitan hotel and its West Hollywood location, he took an opportunity to teach at the Art Institute of Las Vegas for five years. In 2015 he started the pop-up series SLO-Boy and his open fire cooking adventures and freelance work took him to various parts of the valley. Justin returned to brick and mortar restaurant work as the opening Chef de Cuisine for Sparrow + Wolf, eventually moving on to be Executive Chef of The Kitchen at Atomic and currently Executive Chef of Main St. Provisions.
