We’ll kick things off with a high-energy bootcamp workout led by ISI Elite Training before slowing things down with a 50-minute Vinyasa Yoga class led by Veronica Dugan. Want the full experience? Do both. Prefer one over the other? That’s perfectly welcome too. Attendees are invited to join either class or stay for both!
